Girl Scout Archive Management System
About the Cultural Assets Department
The Cultural Assets department is tasked with preserving and promoting the GSUSA corporate and historic archival collections. Although our website is still under development and is not yet a comprehensive database, our goal is to identify and describe every item in the GSUSA collection and offer a search tool for staff and researchers alike.

Nearly every Girl Scout council has their own historic and/or archival collections that they have full ownership and control of; each council should be contacted individually for more information about their specific collection. The information currently available through the GS Archive Management System (GSAMS) may not provide answers to every question a user has; please reach out with any questions that can’t be answered using this website.
